3 More Days:

So I've been counting down. Each day at the Semolino brings its own frustrations and reasons to be thankful for leaving. Today it was annoying people. Granted it shouldn't be such a big deal . . . they tell me the coffee, I make it.

But it gets old.
Especially when they leave off important details like size.

But only 3 days. There are things that I will miss though: my co-workers and favorite customers. But I will be able to see them when I come in to get my own coffee and use the internet.

In business I just talked to one of my customers who would like me to do some graphic design work for a book about teaching leadership. It's my business, you know, I can do whatever I like to pay the bills. I don't have to only paint! Its great.

I should add graphic designer to my business card.

I would like to help small businesses with their own design someday. So many little guys have crap for a look and that doesn't help much when your image is one of the driving sellers.

. . . just need to remember that not everything can have a cute little icon to advertise with.
