Promo II:

So, then I was promoted to Crew Leader at Semolino Saturday. This means 1) another raise and 2) my summer plans are working out perfectly . . . Muahaha. The Summer plan is this, and was this even before I got promoted.

1) Job transition; begin opening at Semolino and eventually become Crew Leader (which has already happened).

2) Research; read just about everything I can about Faux Finishes and painting homes (this has sort of started - a friend gave me a painter mag; its got some stuff in it).

3) Paint; continue doing various projects for the people of Hays and practice Faux Finishes (the projects never stopped. I'm in the middle of working on a ceiling project. I need to call one of the ladies that I used to work with on campus about getting some more practice.)

4) Spiritually; continue meeting of Fridays for my "bible study," which as I stated the first night is really a "lets get together and kick Satan's ass" prayer meeting. (Fun times.)

And other than that I would like to write and read as much as I can fit in; hopefully. I think it could be a full Summer! But that remains to be seen.
