Turns out that I have an entire month to do some "ass kickin' hard work." This first meeting was merely a "lets lay down some new rules and make changes so that we can evaluate you in a month" sort of meeting.

There will also be raise reviews in a month. Yes.

And possibly promotions. Ironically, demotion makes people want to quit. Who'd have thunk it?
