With a very loud, slightly obnoxious, but ever so pleasant bzzt-farg-bloot-zip-pang-bzzer I find myself once again in the Kansas City. My dad is away in Branson. My brother is somewhere. So my mom and I have been haning out. Last night I organized stuff on her computer. I like neatness. We also scanned in some old pictures of family. It would seem my parents were "hotties" in their formative years . . . explains why I could be GQ's sexiest man alive, but I have chosen to avoid the media attention.
I've also learned something very important. My momma's daddy did not go bald (can you hear the choirs of angels belting out the hallelujiah chorus in heaven, I can). For those of you who aren't. It has been said, genetically speaking, that a young man's hair is passed down through the momma's daddy. So if he went bald, there would be a good chance I would go bald. He did however go grey early. This could be fun as long as it is a full head of thick grey hair . . . oh yeah.
Thus far I have no great plans for the KC. Today I'm going to some church with Jonathan (best buddy). I think it is charismatic he says so these are things I have to look forward too: charismatic witchcraft, name and claim, and cars miraculously manifesting in people's garages thanks to a rather large and "sacrificial" tithe. Hopefully the worship will be good. I liked the guy at the last church I went to with Jonathan . . . which is why I'm sad were going to Charismatichurch.
After that its dropping off paintings at the Wyandotte county fair. I plan on taking first or somewhere in there. I can't imagine there being any uber-talented artists putting their work in a fair. Muahahaha.
Peace and Fishsticks,
Clay
