Saturday

Aaah, Spring:

Spring is by-far the greatest and most enjoyable of the 4 seasons. No other season can I comfortably sit outside of Rarick Hall, sunshine pouring down, little fluffs of cotton wafting in the air, (HOLY CRAP! That the craziest mullet I've ever seen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!~this over-emphasis brought to you by Lucky Charms: they're magically delicious~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! long, tremendously long and white, snow white. Adding to the hysteria is the oddly shaped bicycle said mullet-owner is commanding and a young child in the distance calling for his father.) and bountiful life surrounding, and be at rest.

I love it.

Even more so on a cool night (that is if I could see the stars . . . stupid artificial light!) walking aimlessly here and there to end up lying in the lush green grass staring into heaven. Honestly, it is the next closest thing to heaven not counting gourmet coffee and couches. Mmmm couches.

A perfect evening. Well that is if I could go to some dimly lit coffeehouse, get some coffee and listen to live acoustic music, but no, that doesn't exist in Hays. Instead I will be all alone in my dimly lit appartment with an excessive amount of radon seeping into my 22 yr old lungs, who despite my best wishes, are all, if not willing to accept the cancer and move on. A little dramatic, yes, but what can I say. My lungs hate me. I tried to be their friend, but they don't want to hear it. (Ok now there is some runner guy prancing about, but he just went into the building. He is back now. He doesn't know I'm watching him. Fool! There he goes again: skipping away.)

Hoorah for Spring,
Clay

Our boss at Semolino's is trying to get live music there sometime in the future. She want's it to have that live acoustic sound. In that event, I might break out my guitar and jam on a day off. :) Come sing songs!

And about the college song... yes. Time for a re-write.
