Official Matters:

ITEM #1:

I have now joined the band-wagon. Giving in to public demand I began to seek out a bracelet worthy of my attentions. Fortunately, I didnt have to look hard (which is good I didn't really care that much) and the statement band well right into my hands. It is a white band with the word "ONE." It is for an organization called ONE (Gen found it) and it can be found at www.one.org. One is a humanitarian organization working towards defeating AIDS and extreme poverty worldwide. Currently you can sign a declaration on the website which is pushing for the government to provide one percent of the U.S. budget toward providing basic needs in the poorest countries. Which I've been saying for sometime. I think it is one of America's God given purposes to help care for and provide for the rest of the world. I'm not saying every need, but we should at least be doing something. So I whole heartedly agree with what ONE is doing and encourage everyone to give it a look.

ITEM #2:

This one is not quite as deep and most of you probably won't care. My partner and I at work have been permanently split apart; the team is broken. He works fulltime for the mowing and weed-eating guys and I'm pulling weeds solo (for now). This is a sad moment for me. There will be no more songs about Fountain Man or fat doctors circumcising babies (don't ask). The drama of Mrs. Peters will end. What will happen to poor Sebastian and his former hooker, turned good girl wife Georgina? Will Dr. Canna Bulb take over the world and turn Darci the Garden Rake into his slave/mistress? Oh, the unanswerable questions of life! Work was fun, but now I'm faced with the prospect of a new partner, Vincent, whom I have yet to meet, but starts monday. Who, in all honesty, I'm excited to meet; another summer full of exciting, good times and a new friend to enjoy it with. Hopefully.

Luv,
Clay
